Despite its subtle design, the shelf is sturdy, and each shelf has a load capacity of 20 kg. It functions as a standalone wall shelf or as an extension for shelf #1210. You can thus create an open storage space according to your needs. It also works with the lower standing shelf #1211 or the lower wall-mounted shelf #1212.
We have added shelf #1213 to our offer as a complement to designer shelves by Filip Mirbauer and Michal Strach, so customers have the option to assemble shelf parts of any height.
The shelf must be attached to the wall (mounting material is included). The product is delivered unassembled with assembly instructions.
Shelf Heights
We have repeatedly received messages from our customers inquiring whether we manufacture taller shelves than the standard size of shelf #1210. Naturally, we have endeavored to accommodate their requests and bring even more options to the market for effective organization of their space. However, it is important to emphasize that we do not plan to manufacture shelves taller than #1210. The reason is the dimensions of the packages in which we ship these shelves. If we were to offer taller shelves, the sides of the packaged product would exceed the height of the standard shelf #1210. This would prevent us from utilizing the advantageous services of parcel collection centers, which are convenient and affordable. However, if you need a shelf with higher capacity for your household, you can create your own combination. Simply combine our robust standing shelf #1210 or #1211 with hanging shelves, such as models #1213, #1214, or #1212. This way, you will not only gain more storage space but also the flexibility to customize the shelf to your needs.
Sustainability
We manufacture Fleysen furniture in a factory in Plesná with a tradition since 1960. We hold an FSC certificate. The main material is iron, which can be 100% recycled. We strive to use recycled materials and biodegradable materials, such as biomass plastics. Since 2018, we have been intensively reducing the carbon footprint of our plant, and so far, we have reduced it by 45%.
