The standalone metal base allows you to assemble a table exactly according to your preferences. Its minimalist design is derived from a collection designed by Michal Strach and Filip Mirbauer and is characterized by functionality and high variability. The tabletop is not included in the package.
Design
The base, like our shelves, appears very subtle. However, thanks to the metal material, it has high load-bearing capacity and durability and forms a firm and stable foundation for the table. It stands on bent steel wires and all corners are slightly rounded.
Besides its load-bearing function, the base also serves as storage space – it contains two shelves, each of which can hold up to 20 kg. The open space without doors looks airy and is ideal for storing boxes, paper documents, binders, as well as decorations or plants. The lightweight construction also looks great in office setups.

Variability
You can use the design metal base twice on both sides of the table, or you can support the table from one side in another way and use the base with storage space only on one side. Thanks to the lightweight design, the base can be combined with many other shapes and materials without clashing with them aesthetically.

Maintenance
The smooth metal surface is easy to maintain; simply wash it with warm water or standard products for smooth surfaces. The powder coating is resistant to everyday use.
Delivery, assembly, and warranty
The base is delivered assembled, in a cardboard box. The tabletop is not included in the package, only one metal base. If you want to support the tabletop from both the left and right, buy two bases.
As with all our other products, this one also comes with a 10-year warranty, including the availability of spare parts.
Details for professionals
The base is made of carbon steel, and the surface is powder-coated. The coating process involves applying powder paint in a spray booth using an electrostatic applicator. After applying the powder paint, it undergoes polymerization in an oven at a temperature of 150°C to 200°C. This method allows us to achieve a perfectly uniform and durable surface finish.

Although we strive to pay attention to every detail, we may overlook something. If the product arrives damaged by the carrier, or if you need to file a complaint for any other reason, do not hesitate to contact us. We offer a 10-year warranty on all products and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our piece. Any feedback can also help us improve the manufacturing, packaging, and delivery process.
Is there a catch?
We spray the furniture hanging on hooks, and sometimes the paint doesn't reach everywhere. The result may be a few millimeters of space where you can see raw metal. We always hang the furniture so that this potential "deficiency" is in the least visible places and does not affect how the furniture will look in your interior.
