We currently offer shipping via GLS and also the option of personal collection directly at our factory in Plesná.
Delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on the stock availability of the specific product. Some product variants are in stock and can be delivered quickly, other color variants are produced according to requirements in batches, where the delivery time is 4 - 8 weeks. Custom products may have a similar or even longer delivery time depending on the complexity of the modifications.

Although we try to pay attention to every detail, it may happen that a product arrives damaged due to transport. In such a case, do not hesitate to contact us. We provide a 10-year warranty on all products and will do our best for your satisfaction. Your feedback helps us improve the production, packaging and delivery process.
