What struck Markéta most was the color scheme. Red and blue may seem like too contrasting colors that will irritate the human eye, but in combination with the perforation, it creates shading that, on the contrary, has a calming and harmonious effect .

How did you discover Fleysen and why did you choose him?

I think I first came across Fleysen on Nanovo's Instagram, where I go for inspiration. At first glance, the brand caught my eye with its colors, playful shapes, simple lines, and perforations. And this cabinet was love at first sight. I immediately knew where in the apartment I would put it so I could see it. The color combination is beautiful, I never would have thought that blue and red would go together like this.

Is it important to you that the furniture is made of metal and that it can be easily recycled?

Yes, recyclability and durability are very important to me. We don't have much furniture at home and we mostly buy old, renovated furniture. If we buy something new, it's important to us that our grandchildren can use it one day.

Did the fact that the product has an FSC ecological certificate play a role in your choice?

I didn't know this beforehand and it probably wouldn't be a reason to buy anything. But when I see this certification or some secondary use of packaging, I'm happy. For ecological reasons, I send my products in used packaging and explain to customers that it's okay to recycle packaging material.

Have you considered the ten-year warranty and the guarantee that we will produce elements that you can replace in the cabinet for at least ten years?

I was pleased with the ten-year warranty because it means to me that you stand behind your products. But I didn't know that you had spare parts available.

How did your closet come together?

I build a lot of things myself, but here I had to have a friend help me because it was a bit more complicated – I had to clean the screw hole for about two of the holes because there was some paint left. But we didn't have any major problems.

Does the cabinet work well without screws and can you tell us what it is used for in your home?

It's completely stable, even when it's packed to the brim. We're a board game family, so as you can see, we need a special storage space for them.
