The success of Czech design

The path to this success began with a collaboration with talented designers Michal Strach and Filip Mirbauer . Their creative vision and attention to detail became the basis for the creation of cabinet #1311, which captivated the jury with its minimalist elegance and ingenious perforated design. This metal cabinet, standing on slender legs, represents a harmony between modern expression and practical usability of a subtle metal construction.

BIG SEE Awards

The BIG SEE award is one of the most important international recognitions for designers. In previous years, other Czech companies have also appeared among the awarded brands. For example, in 2023, the Czech brand POLSTRIN DESIGN won the award for the Hide and Seek collection, designed by designers Lexová & Smetana. This success underlines the growing importance of Czech design on the world stage.

Another significant Czech success was the award for the design duo Vrtiška & Žák, who won the BIG SEE Interior Design Award in 2018 for their interior project in Prague for client U1. These designers also collaborated on the design of our library , which only confirms their talent and attention to detail.
